By Faith, Christ Was Victor, August 10
高举主耶稣-第223章
“父啊!我将我的灵魂交在祢的手里”(路23:46)。{LHU236.1}
高举主耶稣-第223章
Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit. Luke 23:46. {LHU 236.1}
高举主耶稣-第223章
那无瑕无疵的上帝儿子挂在十字架上。祂因受鞭打而遍体鳞伤,那时常伸出来为人祝福的双手被悬在木头上;祂那不倦地为爱人而奔走的两脚被长钉钉在木头上;君王的额头被荆棘的冠冕所刺伤,发颤的嘴唇发出悲哀的呼喊。再看,从祂的头和手脚上所滴下的血点,那震彻祂全身的痛苦,和那因天父向祂掩面,使祂心中充满难以言宣的悲惨——祂所忍受的这一切,向每一个人说明:上帝的儿子愿意背负罪恶的重担,乃是为你。为你祂攻破了死亡的关塞,敞开了乐园的门户。那曾平息怒涛,并在澎湃的巨浪上行走,使鬼魔战兢,病魔逃匿,使瞎子重见光明,死人起死回生的主,如今竟将自己献在十字架上作为赎罪祭,这都是因爱你而作的。那背负罪孽的主,忍受上帝的义怒,并为你的缘故竟“成为罪”了(林后5:21)。{LHU236.2}
高举主耶稣-第223章
The spotless Son of God hung upon the cross, His flesh lacerated with stripes; those hands so often reached out in blessing, nailed to the wooden bars; those feet so tireless on ministries of love, spiked to the tree; that royal head pierced by the crown of thorns; those quivering lips shaped to the cry of woe. And all that He endured—the blood drops that flowed from His head, His hands, His feet, the agony that racked His frame, and the unutterable anguish that filled His soul at the hiding of His Father’s face—speaks to each child of humanity, declaring, It is for thee that the Son of God consents to bear this burden of guilt; for thee He spoils the domain of death, and opens the gates of Paradise. He who stilled the angry waves and walked the foam-capped billows, who made devils tremble and disease flee, who opened blind eyes and called forth the dead to life—offers Himself upon the cross as a sacrifice, and this from love to thee. He, the Sinbearer, endures the wrath of divine justice, and for thy sake becomes sin itself. {LHU 236.2}
高举主耶稣-第223章
观看的人静静地等着这一幕惨景的结束。太阳重新出来了,然而十字架仍旧被黑暗笼罩着。祭司和官长们向耶路撒冷望去,不料那浓厚的黑云已笼罩在全城和犹太的高原之上。公义的日头,世界的光,这时从那曾一度蒙爱的耶路撒冷城收回祂的光芒。上帝忿怒的雷霆也向这注定遭劫的城发作了。{LHU236.3}
高举主耶稣-第223章
In silence the beholders watched for the end of the fearful scene. The sun shone forth; but the cross was still enveloped in darkness. Priests and rulers looked toward Jerusalem; and lo, the dense cloud had settled over the city and the plains of Judea. The Sun of Righteousness, the Light of the world, was withdrawing His beams from the once favored city of Jerusalem. The fierce lightnings of God’s wrath were directed against the fated city. {LHU 236.3}
高举主耶稣-第223章
忽然黑暗从十字架上消散,耶稣便用清楚、宏亮,似乎响彻全宇宙的声音喊叫说:“成了。”“父啊,我将我的灵魂交在祢手里。”有光环绕着十字架,救主的脸上发出荣光如同太阳一样。随后祂的头垂在胸前,死了。{LHU236.4}
高举主耶稣-第223章
Suddenly the gloom lifted from the cross, and in clear, trumpetlike tones, that seemed to resound throughout creation, Jesus cried, “It is finished.” “Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit.” A light encircled the cross, and the face of the Saviour shone with a glory like the sun. He then bowed His head upon His breast, and died. {LHU 236.4}
高举主耶稣-第223章
在那可畏的黑暗中,基督显然被上帝所离弃。那时祂曾把人类祸患的杯,喝尽了最后的一滴苦汁。在那可怕的几小时之内,祂惟有信赖祂的父过去所给祂悦纳的凭据。祂熟知祂父的品德,明了祂的公义,祂的怜悯和祂的大爱。基督凭着信心倚赖祂向来所乐意顺从的父,所以当祂顺服地把自己交给上帝时,祂先前所有不蒙上帝所纳悦的感觉就消失了。基督因信得了胜利。(DA755,756).{LHU236.5}
高举主耶稣-第223章
Amid the awful darkness, apparently forsaken of God, Christ had drained the last dregs in the cup of human woe. In those dreadful hours He had relied upon the evidence of His Father’s acceptance heretofore given Him. He was acquainted with the character of His Father; He understood His justice, His mercy, and His great love. By faith He rested in Him whom it had ever been His joy to obey. And as in submission He committed Himself to God, the sense of the loss of His Father’s favor was withdrawn. By faith, Christ was victor (The Desire of Ages, 755, 756). {LHU 236.5}
