从心出发-第354章
12月20日 晚雨
从心出发-第354章
The Latter Rain, December 20
从心出发-第354章
“当春雨的时候,你们要向发闪电的耶和华求雨。祂必为众人降下甘霖”(亚10:1)。[1]{FH 366.1}
从心出发-第354章
Ask the Lord for rain in the time of the latter rain. The Lord will make flashing clouds; He will give them showers of rain.Zechariah 10:1.{FH 366.1}[1]
从心出发-第354章
东方的早雨是在播种的时候降下的。这对于种子萌芽很有必要。在甘霖的滋润之下,嫩苗破土而出。晚雨是在季节快要结束的时候降下,催熟庄稼,预备收成。上帝用这些自然的活动象征圣灵的工作。正如雨露和甘霖先赐下来帮助种子萌芽,然后催熟庄稼,圣灵也如此赐下来,一步一步促进属灵成长的过程。庄稼的成熟象征上帝恩典的工作在人心中的完成。……[2]{FH 366.2}
从心出发-第354章
In the East the former rain falls at the sowing time. It is necessary in order that the seed may germinate. Under the influence of the fertilizing showers, the tender shoot springs up. The latter rain, falling near the close of the season, ripens the grain, and prepares it for the sickle. The Lord employs these operations of nature to represent the work of the Holy Spirit. As the dew and the rain are given first to cause the seed to germinate and then to ripen the harvest, so the Holy Spirit is given to carry forward, from one stage to another, the process of spiritual growth. The ripening of the grain represents the completion of the work of God’s grace in the soul....{FH 366.2}[2]
从心出发-第354章
催熟地上庄稼的晚雨,象征预备教会迎接人子降临的属灵恩典。但如果没有早雨降下,就没有生命,绿苗就不会萌芽。若没有地上的早雨履行自己的职责,晚雨就无法使庄稼成熟。[3]{FH 366.3}
从心出发-第354章
The latter rain, ripening earth’s harvest, represents the spiritual grace that prepares the church for the coming of the Son of man. But unless the former rain has fallen, there will be no life; the green blade will not spring up. Unless the early showers have done their work, the latter rain can bring no seed to perfection....{FH 366.3}[3]
从心出发-第354章
基督在人心中所开始赐下祂亮光和知识的工作必须继续推进。我们大家都要认识到自己的需要。心中必须倒空一切污秽,打扫干净让圣灵进来居住。早期的门徒借着恳切的祈祷和献身与上帝,通过认罪和得蒙赦罪,预备好在五旬节的日子接受圣灵的沛降。现在必须在更大的程度上进行同样的工作。……[4]{FH 366.4}
从心出发-第354章
The work that God has begun in the human heart in giving His light and knowledge must be continually going forward. All of us must realize our own necessity. The heart must be emptied of every defilement and cleansed for the indwelling of the Spirit. It was by the confession and forsaking of sin, by earnest prayer and consecration of themselves to God, that the early disciples prepared for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost. The same work, only in greater degree, must be done now....{FH 366.4}[4]
从心出发-第354章
只有那些实行已有亮光的人才能领受更大的亮光。我们如果没有每天在体现积极的基督徒美德上进步,就无法识别晚雨圣灵的显现。圣灵可能降在我们周围的人身上,但我们却未能认识和领受。[5]{FH 366.5}
从心出发-第354章
Only those who are living up to the light they have will receive greater light. Unless we are daily advancing in the exemplification of the active Christian virtues, we shall not recognize the manifestations of the Holy Spirit in the latter rain. It may be falling on hearts all around us, but we shall not discern or receive it.{FH 366.5}[5]
从心出发-第354章
我们人生的任何时候都离不开那促使我们迈出第一步的帮助。我们自始至终都需要在早雨下所领受的福气。——《评论与通讯》1897年3月2日[6]{FH 366.6}
从心出发-第354章
At no point in our experience can we dispense with the assistance of that which enables us to make the first start. The blessings received under the former rain are needful to us to the end.—The Review and Herald, March 2, 1897.{FH 366.6}[6]
